JA Resorts Holidays has recently joined the Ickenham Travel Group family of brands and that as of 1st October 2021, JA Resorts Holidays will no longer be owned by Omega Executive Travel.
This is an exciting new step for JA Resorts Holidays and we look forward to offering our clients an expanded portfolio of amazing luxury holidays in the coming years, backed by the award-winning service of the Ickenham Travel Group.
JA Resorts Holidays have arranged with the Ickenham Travel Group to look after your booking moving forward. The Ickenham Travel Group are a long established and successful Travel business founded by their CEO Peter Reglar, which was established nearly 50 years ago.
Your booking will be protected by their CAA ATOL Licence number 4950. With your approval your deposit will be transferred to them.
All future communication will continue to come from JA Resorts Holidays and the only change is the licence under which you are protected.

Your holiday arrangements aren’t affected at all. The only change is the company who is operating your travel arrangements which is now Ickenham Travel Group Plc (ATOL 4950). The terms and conditions can be found at HERE
You do not need to do anything. We will send you your revised ATOL certificate which will be the same as your original except will now include the details of your new holiday provider, the Ickenham Travel Group.
Absolutely, on transferring your booking, it is held in a secure trust fund, among one of the most unique and secure in the UK travel industry, until after the date of travel, only airline tickets are paid for in advance and the money is safe and secure. This allows us to process refunds directly from our secure trust fund with no delays. All holidays and flights booked through us are ATOL protected (ATOL no. 4950).
Founded by our current CEO Peter Reglar, Ickenham Travel Group was established nearly 50 years ago. It began with the opening of the first Ickenham Travel retail shop, located in Ickenham itself, which focused entirely on leisure travel. By 1975, they had launched ‘Ickenham Business Travel’ and over the next 20 years, expanded the company to open up corporate travel branches in Hillingdon, Northwood, Harrow, Rickmansworth, Ruislip and Uxbridge. They began to establish themselves within both the leisure and business travel market and were widely recognised for our exceptional service and innovation within the market. Yes, this protection is still valid and Ickenham Travel have been offering the same since the beginning of the pandemic.
